Ten years’ bid writing and management experience Collaborative working with Clients across a multitude of disciplines and industries across all Management levels Influence of industry best practice My key achievements since becoming involved in Bid Writing are as follows:  Working with two Bid Writers over a three-month period across 200 responses and successfully securing the London Consortium – the largest Community Equipment Service in the UK at £57m per annum across four years in 2017  Securing a £500k service covering service and maintenance of off-mains drainage sewage treatment plants, pumping stations, septic tanks, and cesspools  Soft FM Contract for the Ministry of Defence which covered:  SPOC Services (including reactive services)  Waste Management Services  Interior Cleaning Services  Exterior Cleaning and Ground Maintenance Services  Accommodation Services  Catering and Mess Management Services  Motor Transport Services  Miscellaneous Base Service  Successfully bidding for a £1.5m Contract, with the service comprising adaptation works, including design to 140 proper-ties to provide ramps and bathrooms to dwellings for people with disabilities  Successful management of a Wheelchair Service Provider to produce a joint Community Equipment and Wheelchair Ser-vice bid for Suffolk in 2018  Working with two Bid Writers over 10 weeks to produce a multi-billion-pound Search and Rescue bid in 2021
