No. Clients are prohibited from engaging freelancers directly outside of the platform. If a freelancer contacts you to work directly, it must be reported to BidTalentConnect. Violating this policy can result in legal and financial consequences for both parties. 

If a freelancer cannot complete a project for any reason, BidTalentConnect will quickly search for a suitable replacement to ensure disruptions are minimised in your bidding process.

No, there are no additional recruitment or placement fees. The freelancer’s day rate or project fee includes the 10% platform fee, so you only pay the quoted rate. This makes scaling your bid team more cost-effective compared to traditional bid recruitment agencies.

BidTalentConnect focuses primarily on UK public sector bids, ensuring freelancers have the expertise needed for these specific contracts. Projects range from 2 days to 6 to 8 weeks typically. 

BidTalentConnect serves as a neutral intermediary to resolve any issues that may arise during a project. If a dispute cannot be resolved, we will step in to mediate and take appropriate action, including refunding escrow payments if necessary.
